5 - Why is it suggested to take Genacol® at bedtime?

It is best to take Genacol® at bedtime, as it is in the alpha phase, i.e., the first 90 minutes of sleep, that the body repairs itself. At this precise point, the body searches for the nutrients that are necessary for its regeneration. The essential nutrients contained in Genacol® are then most readily available when needed most. However, even though it's better to take Genacol® at night, certain circumstances may make it impossible or uncomfortable to to take it before climbing into bed. In this case, Genacol® can be taken in the morning, 30 minutes before breakfast. You will still have the same benefits.
